What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Yes, every piece of CRAFTD jewelry is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. If your item ever fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for free.
